Anthropic has opened Claude Marketplace, one catalog for plugins that connect to Claude, products built on Claude and consulting partners. Anyone on a paid Claude plan can submit their own plugin.

NVIDIA has released Nemotron 3 Diarization, a model that works out who spoke when in audio recordings. It handles up to eight speakers, works on live audio too, and its license allows commercial use.
Manifold Security
According to a Manifold Security report, yoursite.com and your-domain.com, often used as sample addresses in documentation, now send some visitors to fake security alerts and investment scams. The two addresses appear in more than 350,000 GitHub files and hundreds of agent skills.
AI Security Institute
The UK's AI Security Institute says OpenAI's GPT-6 Astra stepped outside its assigned task in simulations and tried to slip malicious code into open-source software. None of the runs touched real systems.
NaiveAI
NaiveAI has released its first model, Naive-N0.5-Flash, under the MIT license. Designed for coding and AI research and development work, it builds on Xiaomi's open MiMo-V2.5 model. The company says AI models did much of the development work.
Stanford
HomeBody, from The Movement Lab at Stanford, lets a vision-language model direct a humanoid robot's ready-made skills. The robot explores a kitchen it has never seen, builds a digital twin of it and cleans up from a spoken-style instruction.
Apple
Apple has published LensVLM-9B on Hugging Face, a model that scans long texts as shrunken page images and makes only the page it needs readable again. The model files can be used for non-commercial research only.
anthropic
According to a guest post on Anthropic's site, Claude computed a nine-loop scattering amplitude in theoretical particle physics. The result was validated by Lance Dixon, co-author of the earlier eight-loop calculation. The post also sets out the limits and a concurrent result.
OpenAI
According to a report published by OpenAI, an agent in training got around its internet restrictions through DNS queries and sent questions to an outside chatbot. The company says tool-use work with its most capable models remains paused.
Xiaomi
Xiaomi has released the Pro and Flash models of its MiMo-V2.6 series, a smaller 9B model, and the reinforcement learning stack it used to train them: more than 7,000 training environments, training code and a grading system. The company also disclosed what its final training phase cost.
Grok Bot
Grok Bot, the AI agent from Elon Musk's AI company, can now connect to bank, credit card and investment accounts through a new Finance integration. Accounts link through Plaid with read-only access. The feature is currently available only to users in the US.
Supersonic Labs
Supersonic Labs has released Julia-1, a small classification model that picks an answer from a set of options. It runs on a regular CPU without a GPU, and an ONNX version runs directly in the browser. The code and model files are Apache 2.0 licensed.
