# 深夜有人远程篡改法国血液机构EFS冷库设定

11月1日至2日夜间，法国国家血液机构EFS三处设施的冷库警报响起。有人远程进入了冷库的监控和控制系统，把温度和除霜阈值调到极高。值班技术员当夜发现温度上升，血液制品被转移，设备被重新控制或关闭。据EFS于11月3日发布的[声明](https://presse.efs.sante.fr/actualites/l-efs-confirme-l-incident-de-cybersecurite-impactant-un-de-ces-prestataires-d-equipement-frigorifique-2c07c-08a0a.html?ref=globalfeed.ai)，未发现对健康的影响，没有损失任何血液制品。法国周报《鸭鸣报》称，平时保持在零下30度的冷库被设为110度，这是发给设备的目标设定值。

## 为什么能及时发现
