Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the globalfeed.ai website and the GlobalFeed mobile app. Both are operated by Yes Bilişim A.Ş.
In short
We do not ask you to create an account, we do not collect your personal information and we do not sell your data to anyone. The stories you save stay on your own device.

Data we do not collect
- Name, email, phone number or any other identity information
- Location
- Contacts, photos, files or other content on your device
- Advertising identifier
The app has no accounts, no sign-in and no registration form.
Data that stays on your device
The following is stored only on your phone and is never sent to us:
- Stories you save
- The language you choose
- Story texts cached for offline reading
If you delete the app, this data is deleted too.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, your phone's operating system creates a notification token. We store this token on our server together with the language you chose and the device type (Android or iOS), and use it only to send you news notifications. The token does not contain your name, number or any other identity information. Notifications are delivered through Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android and the Apple Push Notification service on iPhone. If you turn notifications off or delete the app, the token becomes invalid and is removed from our records.
Network connections
The app connects only to globalfeed.ai to download stories. As with any web server, our server temporarily writes the IP address and browser information of these requests to log files. These logs are used to diagnose technical problems, are not analyzed per person and are not shared with third parties.
The app contains no third-party advertising networks, analytics libraries or tracking tools.
Website
Notifications
If you allow browser notifications, a subscription address generated by your browser is stored on our server. This address does not identify you; it is only used to send notifications to that browser. When you withdraw permission, the record is deleted automatically.
Cookies
The site uses the technical cookies that its publishing platform, Ghost, needs to work. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Membership
Membership and newsletter sign-up are currently closed. If they open in the future, only the email address you provide will be stored, for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter, and you can leave at any time.
Children
Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Important changes will be announced on the site.
