TechCrunch has published the session lineup for the AI Stage at Disrupt 2026, held October 13-15 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Presented by Google for Startups, the stage focuses on the business models AI is rewriting, unsolved security gaps, and job categories created from scratch by AI.
What is on the agenda
Cat de Jong, Head of Applied AI at Anthropic, will discuss the patterns she sees while working with enterprises deploying Claude across critical workflows: where deployments succeed immediately, where they stall, and what separates organisations extracting real value from those still running pilots eighteen months in.
Other announced sessions include:
- Enterprise AI security, with Arsalan Tavakoli, Co-founder and SVP of Field Engineering at Databricks. A separate security session features Chet Kapoor of AWS, Katie Moussouris of Luta Security and Wendy Nather of 1Password.
- Visual AI, with Dean Leitersdorf, Co-founder and CEO of Decart, and Amit Jain, Co-founder and CEO of Luma AI, on real-time inference and physical reasoning.
- The SaaS playbook in the AI era, with Arvind Jain of Glean, Barr Moses of Monte Carlo, Cathy Gao of Sapphire Ventures and Aaron Jacobson of NEA, on pricing AI products sustainably as models commoditise.
- GTM engineering, a discipline that did not exist two years ago and is now described as one of the fastest-growing roles in tech.
Attendance
TechCrunch says the current pricing window is closing soon, ending savings of up to $200. The event is expected to gather more than 10,000 startup, tech and VC leaders, with tickets also covering Startup Battlefield and the exhibition floor.
