Documents never reach a cloud
Most PDF tools on the market take your document to their cloud first. YesPDF builds the equation the other way: the platform runs 100 percent on-premise, and users just open a browser. No registration, no activation; it works complete even in air-gapped environments. A document never crosses the organization's network boundary.
What is in the box
More than 20 tools under one roof: OCR-backed conversion to Word and Excel, direct in-browser editing, merging, splitting, compression, watermarking and batch processing. OCR turns scanned documents into searchable PDFs in six languages including Turkish; DeepL integration translates documents into 30+ languages. On signatures there is Türkiye's legally valid e-signature and mobile signature, X.509 certificate-based and bulk signing; the redaction tool removes sensitive data from the file itself, permanently.
Security an auditor would sign off
AES-256 encryption runs with a unique key per file; every upload passes a virus scan; the admin panel sits behind IP restriction with full audit trails. LDAP and Active Directory integrate natively. The compliance frame rests on KVKK, GDPR and ISO 27001; it meets banking audit requirements, and a NATO STANAG compliance report is available on request for classified work. The license model fits enterprise budgets too: server-based licensing instead of per-seat subscriptions; 200+ concurrent users run off the same box, and organizations report savings above 90 percent against an Adobe subscription.
